A huge interest in the 2Zero topics 2024

The deadline to submit a project proposal in the 2Zero partnership call for proposals for 2024 was 18th April. The Commission just published the overview of the number of topics submitted in each of these topics:

• HORIZON-CL5-2024-D5-01-01 Smart, low-cost pervasive stationary slow charging and bi-directional solutions synergic with the grid for EV mass deployment: 13 proposals received
• HORIZON-CL5-2024-D5-01-02: Integration and testing of next generation post-800V electric powertrains: 18 proposals received
• HORIZON-CL5-2024-D5-01-03: Advanced battery system integration for next generation vehicles: 15 proposals received
• HORIZON-CL5-2024-D5-01-04: Integrated flexible multipoint megawatt charging systems for electric truck mass deployment: 5 proposals received
• HORIZON-CL5-2024-D5-01-05: Advanced digital development tools to accelerate the development of software defined vehicles that enable zero-emission mobility: 6 proposals received
• HORIZON-CL5-2024-D5-01-06: New designs, shapes, functionalities of Light Commercial Vehicles: 9 proposals received

The 2024 call once again covered the system aspects of the 2Zero partnership, covering all different vehicles types, with topics addressing vehicle development, grid integration, new usage and functionalities.

The projects to be selected in 2024 will nicely complement the activities already performed from 2021 to 2023, which you can find in our new project portfolio.

CINEA will now proceed with the evaluation of the proposals submitted, and projects are expected to start in a few months.
