2ZERO NEW DELEGATES TO PARTNERHSIP BOARD

Congratulations to all the new delegates!

Over lunch, we committed to extending our tripartite Collaboration Agreement with the Joint Research Center and BEPA. It is a great milestone, testifying to the collaboration spirit driving the 2Zero work.

In the afternoon, we deep dive into the content of our current and future activities. Andrea Gentili, from European Commission DG R&I, provided all members with a very comprehensive overview of the latest key publications relevant for our community: the competitiveness compass, the next multiannual financial framework, the clean industrial deal and, of course, the Industrial Action Plan for the European automotive sector.
The discussion continued around the tenth framework programme and potential future partnership activities.
We then had the chance to get a short overview of topics to be published in the 2026/2027 Work Programme; ambitious activities will drive the partnership’s work in the last round of topics.
Monitoring and reporting activities, in the frame of the partnership, were reminded to all members, and the General Assembly got an update on the latest development of LeMesurier project, with very promising results on the energy consumption reduction achieved thanks to 2Zero-funded projects.

The General Assembly ended with a presentation of the first activities of the year, including our very successful RTR Conference and an overview of the many activities that will come ahead.
Stay tuned !
